A Systematic Review on Customer Profiles: A Critical Future Research Agenda

The main objective of this study was to examine the previous and contemporary literature on customer profiles (customer relationship management domain), to identify the burning issues and limitations. Moreover, to suggest future direction for conducting the research in these areas. Literature review have been reviewed and analyzed by following the systematic review process. Selected studies were examined by thoroughly studies and evaluates the knowledge contained in the study, research approach and context of the study. Findings of the study comprise of theoretical, contextual and methodological gaps.
